IEC 60076 Manufacturing Standards
All MVA power transformers are designed, manufactured, and tested in strict accordance with IEC 60076 — the global standard for power transformers.
NOGA Quality Requirements
We fully comply with the Israeli Electricity Authority (NOGA) procurement and quality assurance requirements for grid-connected equipment.
Factory Acceptance Testing
Every unit undergoes a complete factory acceptance test (FAT) before shipment, including ratio, impedance, loss, dielectric, and temperature-rise tests.
Quality Control Process
Independent technical review of all specifications before production start.
Core steel, winding copper, and insulation inspected against IEC standards on arrival.
Winding resistance, insulation resistance, and partial discharge tested at key assembly stages.
Full IEC 60076 routine and type tests with customer witness option.
On-site testing and final sign-off by certified MVA field engineers.
