Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

This website is operated in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

We aim to comply with Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts the WCAG 2.0 guidelines of the W3C at level AA, and we also apply relevant WCAG 2.1 success criteria where they improve the experience.

How the site was made accessible

• Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, and ARIA labelling for interactive controls.
• Colour contrast tested against the AA thresholds, in both the light and dark colour schemes.
• Responsive layout that stays usable when the page is zoomed or viewed on a small screen.
• Respect for the operating system "reduce motion" setting, so animations can be switched off.
• Full support for both Hebrew (right-to-left) and English (left-to-right) reading directions.

The accessibility assistant

An accessibility button appears in the corner of every page. It opens an in-house panel that changes the site itself rather than layering a simulated view on top of it, and your choices are remembered on your next visit.

• Text enlargement in four steps, and three line-spacing levels.
• High-contrast display and a greyscale display.
• A readable, sans-serif font.
• Highlighting of links, buttons and headings.
• Enhanced keyboard focus and an enlarged mouse cursor.
• Stopping animations and transitions.

Accessibility at our offices

Our offices at HaSadna 10, Tzipori Industrial Zone, Nof HaGalil include accessible parking, step-free access to the entrance and to the meeting rooms, and an accessible restroom. Service is also available by phone and email for anyone who prefers not to travel.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — in particular embedded third-party content (such as maps and video players), technical documents supplied by manufacturers in PDF form, and pages published before the current accessibility work. We are continuing to fix these, and on request we will supply any such content in an accessible format.
